At first direct we like to think we're a rather modest, down to earth sort of bunch, not the type to blow our own trumpet. But, when we find ourselves in the position of being voted, by our customers, as the best - it's hard not to feel rather proud.
We'd like to say a huge thank you to all our customers who voted for us in some recent surveys. We won some rather grand and fancy named awards, including Most Trusted Financial Provider at the Moneywise Customer Service Awards, and Best Banking Brand at the Which? Awards. It's made all of us at first direct feel very honoured indeed.
Quite simply, we're here to make things easier for our customers, and help take the hassle out of banking. So when we win awards like these, which are voted for by our customers and the general public, it lets us know that we're doing a pretty good job.
So - thank you. Thank you for voting for us, and thank you for banking with us. Here's to more awards for being the people you would trust and recommend. Now, if we may be so bold - permission to blow our own trumpet?
