Following first direct's 5 year Corporate Charity Partnership with ChildLine, we wanted to continue our support, albeit with a more local feel, which would enable us to really connect and make a difference in our communities. And so, in 2014, we invited our employees in Leeds and Hamilton to vote for 2 local charity partners.
In Leeds, Martin House Children's Hospice received the most votes, and in Hamilton, St Andrew's Hospice was the most popular charity choice. Here's a bit about them;
